Some guesses I've come up with are:

- Her voice might have changed and affected her speaking more than her singing
- The show-runners may have wanted someone who sounds younger to speak for her
- Recording speaking parts may conflict with her schedule so she only concentrates on the singing parts

There are many possible reasons for this. Whether I've listed it or not.

It could not have been worse. The new VAs ain't trying to sound like the old ones.

It really couldn't be worse? The show-runners could have given up on young actors and started picking adults not even trying to sound young! *coughsomeeuropeandubscough* Or everyone could have had the same exact voice! Or for some crazy reason, they could have decided to make the characters mute like Tom and Jerry to cut production costs! It really could be worse! xD

I'm glad they re-casted the the kids instead of doing any of the outrageous stuff I just mentioned. Throughout the show's run, there will be voice actors coming and going. Some of them will sound more similar to the older voices than others. After that young actor or actress' voice changes to the point that they no longer fit the character, they will not be casted again. I miss the old cast too but they're not coming back. You should calm down a little and give the new ones a chance...don't compare them too much to their older voices; think more about if there voices alone fit the characters.

Speaking of new voices,
Gil and Goby are getting new ones for the next Season.
