I want pemission to block a user called LOCALCOWBOY, because she (whatever the gender is) swore in the comments of the Tino Insana page. I’m not an admin so I don’t h to ink I can do it. What can I do?

<p>It seems the page for the episode Build me a Building has been attacked by a foul mouthed individual. Elimia786, to be specific. This individual must be banned becuase of his/her actions. I will set about deleting the foul language from the page, while someone else handles banning him/her indefinetly. We don't have him/her doing the same to other pages

</p><p>Earlier today I was on chat on Founder and Admin central. And we were talking about Admins that are blocked.The amount of Admins that are blocked, is disgraceful. About 78% of our Admins are blocked so I think I will have to take away their power. Lots of Admins are becoming inactive these days. I'll say about 19% are inactive. So I will take away their power for the time being.
