This is the second episode to have Bubble Kitty as the main character. This is also her third appearance overall. This is the first episode of the revived series to do so for both.
The episode's title is a reference to the phrase 'A Fairy Tale', which is similar to the Season 2 episode Bubble Puppy's Fin-tastic Fairy Tale!
