Plot

In Dr. Deema's Office, Mr. Grouper appears and asks what time it is. Deema replies that it's lunchtime. Gil, Goby, and Nonny appear. They then dance their way to the A&E area. Nonny is a bit far from the other boys. Goby tells the viewers what he has for lunch, then asks Nonny what he has. Nonny responds with a straight face, "An egg salad sandwich." Nonny then asks Gil what he has for lunch, and Gil replies with a smile, "A hambulance on rye?" and the boys laugh.

Trivia

This is Gil's first lunch joke.
- This is also the first episode where Nonny does not make a lunch joke.
This is one of the lunches where all three guppies are the same gender. Other examples of this are An Ice Cream Sun-dae, and A Can Of Jumping Beans.
In the UK dub, the lunch joke was called 'A Hambulance Sandwich'.
