The Flutter Guppies are the rulers of Flutter Guppies' Realm. They are played by Deema and Oona.

They helped Molly, Gil and Bubble Puppy pass through their realm and complete their quest to return the Ring of the Sun to the Sun King.
Looks[]
They look just like Deema and Oona, except they wear leaf-like outfits and flower crowns with the purple outfit and crown for Oona and blue outfit and crown for Deema. They also have pointed ears and wings.
