The Snuggler is a crying bad guy appearing on "The Elephant Trunk-a-Dunk!". She was a pun on "smuggler", an elderly cat woman who kidnaps innocent elephant just to cuddle with. She is then arrested once but is let go with an elephant plush to snuggle with.
