Role
He first appeared as a nasty giant bacterium who was scaring off most of the even smaller good bugs and causing major pain in Nonny's stomach, as Deema and Goby come up to him in a medical submarine, he chases them through the stomach, lungs and heart and stop at the mouth when they shrink him to the tiny size of the good bugs, he then cries after being told to pick on someone his own size. He then apologises & he explains that he didn't mean to make Nonny sick, confessing that he wanted to help his stomach work properly & he doesn't want to be a bad bug anymore. With some convincing from Goby & Deema, he vowed to be good from then on. He can now digest the food debris in his little boy's stomach like the other good bugs.

Looks
He is a yellow-green bacterium with a cytoplasm covered with a shaded gradient and ribosome soft yellow spots, the dark green outline that serves as a thin membrane that covers the cytoplasm, an olive colored four upper pilli similar to antennae, a soft yellow colored five set of lower pilli that appears like a tail-leg combination, a fluffy dark green unibrow on top of his eyes along with dark circles under which appear as aging, iris on the schlera unlike others in which the highlight is in the middle (bacteria like the good bugs also have the middle highlight, since IRL cellular microorganisms may seem blind/eyeless but could only see with light), pink serrated lips like a dog which border the black inside of the mouth, toned pink tongue in the mouth and two thick flagella that he sways and uses as paws while wiggling and floating in midst of his environment. He looks like certain bacteria with visible flagella, and even since he caused a gastrointestinal illness, those such as E. Coli, Salmonella, Bacillus cereus and Shigella.
Trivia
- Stomach Bug after shrunken as seen in Mike Luzzi's early concept from his website indicates that he has a specific babyish form that was dropped and kept the original shape for obvious reasons.
- His evil growling voice is garbled and gibberish, just as a swamp monster's voice sounds like.
- His voice when shrunken to small size sounds a bit like Nuka (The Lion King 2; Simba's Pride/both look hairy and scraggy), but maybe more of the Nerd #1 in Spongebob Squarepants, Jack (Jack's Big Music Show), I Monster (ABC Monsters) or other characters, as if he may either have a Southern, Italian/New Yorker or Transatlantic accent, even if he probably sounds like an old man with medium to high pitch.
- His original evil face was from Mike Luzzi's early concept. It weren't shown after Deema and Goby get stuck in the lungs and before he got in there.
- It is unknown either how he went to the stomach and was this huge in his evil form or if it is the way he was developed as a bacterium himself before he was shrunken. It may be that he went to the stomach to try helping out, but suddenly grew to that giant size and unintentionally become evil before the event of the story in the episode began.
- Given the ability to break things down, he is capable of digestion of food debris as seen in the only scene where he was doing good and helping some good bugs digest the morsel.
- By the way his personality changes in the story, he refers himself to an opportunistic pathogen, or a harmless microbe that has potential to cause disease.
- The first moment in his new lifestyle to help convert Nonny's food into energy, he shouted "Incoming!" excitedly as he gathered around one of the pieces of orange gelatin cubs (a food popular for use in hospital procedures) and used his flagella to take in pieces of the food debris aside for digestion.
- He bears a striking resemblence to Slimer (Ghostbusters) hence both their green colors and are reformed villains/bad guys (with similar personalities/purposes/desires), ironically his episode (appearance) showed on for a 2014 promo on Nick Jr.
