    • You poor fool, not only were the voices different, but it looked and sounded like they werent even trying. However, I'm not trying to discourage you, go ahead and be excited, to each their own.

    • How does it not sound like they weren't trying? They are trying to sound like little kids not 12 year olds.

    • It really wasnt the way the voices sounded (which i hated anyway), it was the acing itself. Squealing, messed up voices+poor acting=THE WORST episode to date. Other people agree with me, but you neccesarily dont have to, in fact I'd rather you not

    • I'm not saying I don't agree with you, when I heard the voices in the theme I nearly had a heart attack. The acting was fine. The voices were fine, and I heard no squeeling what so ever. Get Ready for School! was an alright episode, and it was worth the wait. This is just  a show for younger kids, aged about 2-6.So it is supposed to be a bit childish.

    • I have no problem with it being childish, thats what its meant to be. My beef is just the quality in general. Guess it comes with aging preteen voice actors- they arent the little kids from season 1 anymore. I can take subtle voice changes, I can take slightly modified songs, I can even take an entirely different animation, I can't take completely changed voices and what to me was a sub-par, over hyped premiere.

    • Well maybe their voices got more developed (Like Eamon's for instance) so they have a hard time keeping the same voice.I didn't notice much change in Goby's voice though.

    • Probably because he barely had any time, but from what I heard Imani changed the most (behind Shasken and Gentiella of course) The other three were less noticable (Wahler, Purricello and Gordon) but still significant

    • Yeah, the whole episode was mainly centered around Molly,Gil,and surprisingly Oona.Nonny's voice really stayed the same.I saw a change in Deema's singing actress's voice though~.

    • Avi is mainly friends with Oona, and Molly and Gil are... Molly and Gil. I think Purricello changed a lot last season so thats why it might not have as much this time. Come to think of it, from the first episode, Avi's voice never really changed too much.

    • Yeah. I wish they would focus on other characters though

    • i remembered what i sounded like when i was small! when i sang it would be like whitney houstan or somthing!

    • Oona doesn't sound like Oona. Goby sounds like a girl. Molly sounds muffled. Did I miss anything? Oh yeah, during the theme song, Angelina used to make Deema sound very excited during the theme song (I'm Deema!), and now she sounds like Barney the big fat purple dinosaur. >:-(

    • @Guppygirl: Tori does sound very different in comparison to Reyna, but her voice is still fitting...Marleik sounds like a girl to you? Bailey sounds very close to Brianna...how does she sound muffled? And Grace sounds like Barney? ....wha?

    • Actually, I think Deema sounds more sophisticated. I miss when she's like "Well you ceeeeeeeertainly came to the right place!" Now she's all like "Well, You've certainly come to the right place." Nonny sounds a little different but I can't really put my finger on it.

    • @DeemalsBestGuppy: I meant that now she sounds like old Molly holding her nose and speaking in a high-pitched voice. Worst of all, Molly sounds just like Oona! This never used to happen.

I'm not sure about the old-Molly thing, but Grace does sounds a little more nasaly than Anglina did. Her voice sounds higher in her thoat...it's hard to explain. xD Whatever it can be called, there's nothing bad about it, of course. All of Deema's VAs have great voices. :)

And Oona does sound a bit similar to Molly now. Hehe, somebody on here thought Bailey played Oona. xD

    • Huh, I did notice a change in their voices. However, I wouldn't say that the changes were bad, just my opinion.

No offense, but it took you this long to find out?

another thing is around the time bubble guppies was released, i was watchng the show.
