Silvio Peter "Tino" Insana is an American actor, producer, writer, and comedian. He has previously voiced Pig in Barnyard, Uncle Ted in Bobby's World, Colonel Carter in Goof Troop and Dr. Reginald Bushroot in Darkwing Duck.
On May 31, 2017, he died in Los Angeles, California of cancer at age 69.
