Tori Feinstein (born September 17, 2004) is an actress and singer who voiced Oona in the third and fourth seasons of Bubble Guppies.
She is also known for playing Matilda Wormwood in the musical, Matilda, as well as Cindy Lou Who in How The Grinch Stole Christmas (2014 Broadway revival). Outside of Bubble Guppies, she voiced Muffin in the USA dub of 3rd & Bird, as well as Toot in the USA dub of Chuggington.
