The Witch is a character that has only appeared in the Bubble Guppies TV movie, "Bubble Puppy's Fin-tastic Fairy Tale! " She is known to be the meanest one in the world, and she turned Bubble Puppy into a frog. She is voiced by Wanda Sykes.
